Terms & Conditions – The Inner Compass Retreat

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Inner Compass Retreat (“Retreat”), organized by Aguila Valiente SL (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or attending the Retreat, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Your booking is secured once your deposit is paid, and full payment is due 3 weeks before the retreat start date.

  • The Booking & Cancellation Policy governs deposits, refunds, cancellations, and exceptions. Please read it carefully before booking.

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Squarespace).

2. Participant Responsibilities

By attending the Retreat, you agree to:

  • Act with respect and consideration for other participants and facilitators.

  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided during activities.

  • Be responsible for your own personal belongings.

  • Communicate any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs prior to the Retreat.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in removal from the Retreat without refund, as outlined in the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

3. Health & Safety

  • You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the Retreat.

  • The Retreat may include workshops, movement, meditative practices, and outdoor activities. Participation is at your own risk.

  • We do not provide medical care. Participants are responsible for seeking medical advice and carrying any necessary medication.

4. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aguila Valiente SL is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during or in connection with the Retreat.

  • We are not responsible for travel delays, lost or stolen items, or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

5. Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during the Retreat for promotional purposes.

  • By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you notify us otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All workshop materials, content, and resources provided during the Retreat are the intellectual property of Aguila Valiente SL or the facilitators.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without written permission.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for events beyond our control that may impact the Retreat, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.

  • In such cases, we may:

    • Reschedule the Retreat

    • Issue a voucher for a future retreat

    • Provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

  • Any disputes arising in connection with the Retreat shall be resolved under Spanish law and the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.

9. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

  • Please read it carefully, especially regarding booking, communications, and marketing.

10. Agreement

By booking and attending, you confirm that you have:

  • Read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  • Read and agreed to the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

  • Read and accepted the Health, Photography, and Conduct disclaimers.
