Booking & Cancellation Policy
Aguila Valiente SL (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates The Inner Compass Retreat and manages bookings for all retreat programs. By making a booking, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
1. Booking and Deposit
To secure your place on the retreat, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and is applied toward your total retreat fee.
2. Payment Terms
The full retreat price must be paid by three (3) weeks before the first day of the retreat.
If full payment is not received by this deadline, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than three (3) weeks before the retreat:
The deposit is fully refundable.
Cancellations made within three (3) weeks of the retreat start date:
The full retreat price is due and the deposit is non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered for special circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies). Each case will be evaluated individually, and if accepted, a voucher for a future retreat may be issued instead of a refund.
4. Changes to Booking
Requests to transfer your booking to a different retreat date or participant name will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any changes must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies), we may:
Reschedule the retreat
Issue a voucher for a future retreat
Refund payments if rescheduling is not possible
