Booking & Cancellation Policy

Aguila Valiente SL (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates The Inner Compass Retreat and manages bookings for all retreat programs. By making a booking, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.

1. Booking and Deposit

  • To secure your place on the retreat, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and is applied toward your total retreat fee.

2. Payment Terms

  • The full retreat price must be paid by three (3) weeks before the first day of the retreat.

  • If full payment is not received by this deadline, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than three (3) weeks before the retreat:

    • The deposit is fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within three (3) weeks of the retreat start date:

    • The full retreat price is due and the deposit is non-refundable.

    • Exceptions may be considered for special circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies). Each case will be evaluated individually, and if accepted, a voucher for a future retreat may be issued instead of a refund.

4. Changes to Booking

  • Requests to transfer your booking to a different retreat date or participant name will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any changes must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability.

5. Force Majeure

  • In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies), we may:

    • Reschedule the retreat

    • Issue a voucher for a future retreat

    • Refund payments if rescheduling is not possible
